User Guide for Clients
As a client, you will have access to two “Dashboard” pages. One is your specific Client Dashboard, which can only be accessed via a link that will be sent to you. The other is a common client page that will show your appointments, information etc. but requires a log in.
Apologies for the two separate pages but unfortunately, this is necessary to avoid a problem with the Appointments App used on these pages.
When you become a client, we will send you the link for your specific client dashboard. When you make your first appointment, you will have to enter your email (which is also the username) and create a password. That email and password will be needed to asscess your information of the client information page.
The Client Dashboard

This is the client dashboard. You will receive a link for your customised version and your name will be at the top.
There are three buttons (the same bars are repeated for easy access):
The “Your Appointments” button opens a new tab on your browser which will show all of your appointments, your registered information etc. – you will have to login to see your specific information (more below).
The “Fees & Payments” button will jump to your payment account and also allow you to make payments, either online via Stripe or by bank transfer.
The “Website Homepage” button will open a new tab on your browser with the website homepage.
Your Client Dashboard
When you sign your contract with Alison Cole / Accrete Consulting, you will receive a link via email that will allow you to access your Client Dashboard. You can only access this page with the link. You could bookmark the page on your browser for easy access. If you loose the link, email support@accrete.consulting and we will resend it.
The booking app on this page is configured to show only the service for which you are registered. To book a new, different service, you can use the all services booking app that is located on your Client Page (more below).
