With Accrete’s help, we have successfully rolled out 10 development centres, using a combination of psychometric tools and personality tests to identify individual key strengths and leadership potential within our organisation.
This has been a challenging task given the scale of EMAL and our limited time frame, taking full account of our organisational culture and operational needs.
