User Guide - The Client Dashboard

The Client Dashboard is part of the Booking App and is available to all clients.  You have to login – use the same credentials you entered in the Booking App when you made your first appointment. Once you login, you will see all of the information that is specific to you – this information can only be accessed after your login, hence cannot be viewed by any other client.

Client Dashboard Page

Login with the credentials that you entered when making your first appointment in the Booking App.

You cannot access this page until you have made at least one appointment on the App.

Once you login, you will see your name followed by three tabs. The active tab is shown in blue.

The My Appointments tab

In the “My appointments” tab, all of your Upcoming and Past appointments, are shown.

You can Reschedule or Cancel an appointment here. Cancellations or Rescheduling must be made at least 2 days before the appointment.

Booking Summary

If you click on the Summary button on any of the appointments, a pop-up will show more details. 

You can use the buttons to add the appointment to your Calandar, print it, or to show a QR code that can be scanned in your smartphone to add the appointment to your smartphone calander.

The My Information tab

You can change your information here, and also set a new password. All of your information apart from your password are visible to us. If you forget your password, you can use the “Forgot Password?” link on the login screen.

The New Appointment tab

The new appointment tab shows a Book Appointment button. This takes you to the Booking App.

Unlike the Booking App on your Client Page, which is configured to show only those appointment options that are relevant to you, this version allows access to all of the services and options offered by us.

When you select one of the Locations options, the next screen will show all of the Service categories. 

Clicking on a service category (in this example, the 90-Minute Development Programmes) brings up all of the services avaiable under this category.
